Our company guarantees that the goods supplied are made of workmanship and superior materials and fully comply with the quality, specifications and performance requirements specified in the contract. We guarantee that the goods supplied shall have satisfactory performance during their service life after proper installation, normal operation and maintenance. We are responsible for defects or faults in design, workmanship or materials during the quality guarantee period.
If the quantity, quality or specifications of the goods do not conform to the contract, or the goods or parts proved to be defective, according to the results of your own inspection according to the inspection standards or by the local commodity inspection authority, or during the quality guarantee period, we do not remedy the defects within 48 hours after receipt of the notice, you may take the necessary remedial measures at our risk and expense.
Our company is responsible for delivering the products to the destination in good condition, and assigning qualified engineers to the owner's site to guide the installation, commissioning and operation of the equipment.
● After-sales service
The quality guarantee period of the goods under the contract shall be one year after the formal acceptance of the goods. During the quality guarantee period, we will provide consultation, maintenance, replacement and other services free of charge if the equipment fails to operate. Our company has a special after-sales service organization in the use of equipment, equipped with skilled and high-quality after-sales service personnel.
Within the specified quality assurance period, we are responsible for any defects or failures caused by the design, process or materials. If the above quality problems occur, we will respond immediately after receiving the buyer's notice, and arrive at the scene within 24 hours in the province and within 24-48 hours in other provinces.
If necessary, we can train technicians for the other side free of charge until you can operate independently.
